How is Moogieland different and why should we be you first
choice in entertainment?
Our commitment is to customer service.
Your phone
calls
and emails are returned within 24 hours. You'll get to talk to someone
both courteous and knowledgeable.
Our commitment is to safety.
We only use the best
and safest products. Our makeup products are all hypoallergenic and FDA
compliant.
We adhere to the strict safety and
hygiene practices of FACE, the International Face Painting Association.
Because of their dangers as choking hazards, we do not
give balloons to children under 3 years of age. We are also members of
the World Safety Clown Association.
Our commitment is to convenience. We know that you are busy and there
are so many things to do when planning an event. We make it easier with
our online contracts, party planning checklists, printable invitation
inserts. We even take Paypal without additional charge. You can book
your entertainment and receive a confirmation on the same day. No
waiting for the mail to arrive.
Our commitment is to quality. We don't make 3 twist balloon dogs and
swords unless you ask us to. We make a whole zoo's worth of balloon
animals, as well as balloons costumes and more. We can paint a heart on
a cheek but we know you would probably rather enjoy the full face
transformative face painting that we provide. We delight in taking the
artforms to levels that you haven't seen before.
Our commitment is to Professionalism. Performing is what we do and who
we are. It's our full time job. It's how we pay the rent and feed
the cats.
We take it seriously. We are competent professionals. For us, it's not
a hobby.
It's both a passion and a vocation. We belong to professional
organizations. We have professional skills. We have professional
equipment. We have insurance. It's part of what comes with being a
professional.
Our commitment is to Education. We are continually updating our skills.
We belong to a variety of entertainers' forums both online and in the
real world. We practice our crafts and learn new skills via books,
videos and other media as well as in private class and conventions. We
have been privileged to learn from some of the top professional
entertainers in the world. Our commitment to education also extends to
our role as teachers. We teach many of the performing skill that we
enjoy. We show children how to twist balloons at schools and libraries,
we provide training through workshops and conventions to other
entertainers as well as those who just wish to learn balloon sculpture
or face and body art. We value the opportunities that the role of
teacher provides for us to share our passion and our knowledge.
Our commitment is to providing a range of services. We do face and body
art, balloon sculptures and clown and non-clown entertainment for any
size venue. Our clients include small birthday parties at home, heavily
publicized public events with hundreds of thousands of attendees and
everything in between. If you book Moogie, you get Moogie. We
also have a network of qualified professional
entertainers that we can draw upon for larger events. The network
includes face painters and balloon twister as well as jugglers, stilt
walkers and other types of performers.
Our commitment is to Public Service. We know that we are very fortunate
to be able to earn our living doing what we love and are committed to
giving back. We perform "Where's the Clown?!" shows to help
preschoolers over their hesitation toward costumed performers. We do a
"Humpty Dumpty Safety Show" to educate preschoolers about ways that
they can reduce their risks of head injuries. We also offer significant
discounts for nonprofit organizations. We gladly provide gift
certificates for organizations holding penny sales and
silent auctions.
